Founded in 1983, the 19-piece Joe Ferrari Big Band plays the popular sounds of the big band era, plus a few later favorites. Judy Ferrari, daughter of the band’s founder, Joe Ferrari, leads the band and sings as a featured vocalist with her sister Gerri Ferrari. Conductor Tom Gates also provides his stylizing of popular Sinatra and Darin tunes, among others. This band enjoys a large following of both listeners and dancers, and helps keep the popular big band sound alive. website
